After an intense cooperation with the customer, SERVAX Drives, completed its first prototype of a new series of customer specific synchronous generator after four month of development and production. The order was given by the German Company 2G Drives, one of the leading suppliers of cogeneration (CHP) and consequently has specialized in high efficiency systems for natural gas and biogas. The Synergy with the high efficient and customer specific generator from SERVAX was therefore the logical conclusion. SERVAX Drives concludes with this development a further step on its way from the traditional electromotor builder to a leading provider for drives solutions. The Generator is completely customer specific designed and produced, beginning with the included technology, the selection of the magnets, lubrication of the bearings (which respects the special needs of the complete system) and the customer specific mechanical requirement. The Generator produces 30kW Power in a size of 150x440mm.
